Large multi disciplined consultancy based in Sydney with Head offices in Brisbane holds an impressive portfolio of projects across all sectors of the construction industry. 

Your role:

A1/A2 accredited / Building Surveyor

duties (but not limited to)

• Complying Development Certificates,
• Occupation Certificates and carrying out mandatory inspections.
• performing Safety Measure inspection
• reports and audit
• liaising with relevant builders, authorities and councils to ensure regulatory compliance is met
• inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, survey and record keeping of their buildings safety measures.
• Construction Certification

Requirements to be considered

• minimum 3 years experience under a consultancy
• Preferably be accredited (unrestricted model)
• Excellent Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations
• Experience in detailed designs and documentations 
• Possess solid knowledge of relevant AS standards toward fire engineering
• proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Revit 
• be a team player but also have the ability to work on projects autonomously.
• Liaise with Clients and builders
