About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager / Account Manager to take charge of growing our footprint across Perth and the surrounding region. This is a hybrid role combining account management with new business development, perfect for a self-motivated sales professional with a background in construction materials, quartz/stone products, or design.
You’ll be given autonomy in your approach and full backing from the head office to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and maintain strong client relationships within the Perth region
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by visiting sites and engaging decision-makers
  • Deliver product presentations and training sessions to retail and showroom staff
  • Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and customer proposals
  • Monitor and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage delivery, credit, and customer service issues
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a business development or account management role
  • Background in quartz/stone, building materials, construction, or design industry preferred
  • Experience with companies like Caesarstone, Laminex, or similar highly regarded
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally with some interstate requirements
