The Role As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our customer base and building lasting client partnerships. You’ll play a strategic role in identifying opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across industrial and rural sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to deliver solutions
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in business development, technical sales, or account management
  • Strong understanding of pumps, fluid systems, or mechanical/industrial equipment
  • Background in agriculture, mining, water treatment, or industrial services advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Confident in reading technical drawings/specs and working with project teams
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within your territory
