Austcorp Executive is partnering with a well-established WA based company, who specialise in high quality fixed plant wear product and fabrication solutions to service the mining and resources sector.
We are actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager help drive revenue growth and support clients. You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and providing technical support to mining clients.

We are actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager help drive revenue growth and support clients. You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and providing technical support to mining clients.
The Role
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of mining accounts.
- Conduct site visits to understand wear challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical advice and propose wear solution upgrades to extend asset life.
- Support development of new wear products (business cases, specifications, costing/pricing, and implementation planning).
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales to ensure solutions are deliverable and commercially sound.
- Track product performance and recommend optimisations and improvements.
- Build new business relationships across mining end users, OEMs, and fabricators.
- Strong experience with fixed plant wear products and how they’re applied in mining environments.
- Understanding of wear materials commonly used in mining wear packages.
- Comfortable working across both site and workshop environments and communicating with blue- and white-collar stakeholders.
- Exposure to reverse engineering / 3D scanning / shop detailing and engineering sign-off processes (highly regarded).
- Background in fabrication/welding or technical discipline aligned to materials/wear solutions (highly regarded).
- Proven B2B sales performance (ideally mining, OEM, or industrial).
- Willingness to travel regularly to mine sites and regional locations.
