In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving growth across key industries including mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, and water by delivering high-performance pumps, compressors, and packaged systems.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across Queensland and the East Coast
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, engineers, and end-users
- Promote a full range of engineered rotating equipment and fluid handling systems
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver best-fit proposals and technical solutions
- Manage the full sales process: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed
- Full working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering – or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or business development, ideally in the industrial or rotating equipment sectors
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and deliver complex technical proposals
- Willingness to travel across the region as required
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, compressors, and packaged systems
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as API 610, 675, or 685 is a plus
- Work with globally sourced, cutting-edge technology
