We’re representing a market leader in modular, framing, steel and metal works who is looking to appoint a high-impact Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across Queensland and New South Wales.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own the sales growth strategy for the region — building the brand, expanding into new markets, and strengthening key client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a QLD/NSW growth strategy aligned to business objectives
- Hunt for and secure new customers while expanding share of wallet with existing clients
- Lead pricing strategies, tender submissions and commercial negotiations
- Introduce new products to market across modular, framing, and steel solutions
- Map and analyse market segments, competitors, and customer opportunities
- Collaborate with estimating, design, manufacturing, and operations to ensure competitive, timely delivery
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in construction, structural steel, modular, framing, or steel-related industries
- Strong understanding of the residential, modular, and small commercial construction market
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insight into winning sales activity
- Confident communicator with commercial acumen and a customer-first approach
- Direct influence on the company’s growth trajectory in two of Australia’s most active markets
