Business Development Manager – QLD (Brisbane/SEQ)
$110K + Car + Incentives + OTE ($116K–$120K) |
Full-time | Brisbane / Gold coast or Sunshine Coast
A leading international supplier of premium interior timber and architectural
finishes is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to grow the
Queensland market.
This is a true new business hunter role, focused on building relationships and driving project opportunities across Architects & Designers (A&D), builders, contractors and specifiers.
What you’ll be doing:
Targeted lead generation and pipeline build
Activity-driven sales (approx. 5 meetings per day)
A&D presentations / CPD sessions and project follow-up
Supporting tender and project specification opportunities
Converting leads into sales and growing market share
Ideal background:
Proven success in B2B new business development
Strong exposure to A&D / specification sales, tendering and project-based
construction environments
Confident building relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Driven, disciplined and KPI-focused with strong CRM habits
Career progression: Opportunity to step into a BDM Manager role as the QLD
team grows.
