BDM / Business Development Manager
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in electronic security systems who is looking for a complex and challenging customer facing role in which to further develop their sales skills, mentor and be the sales lead for NSW. This opportunity supports projects for a wide variety of customers within Australia. Mostly focusing on clients in NSW.
You will be working on a multimillion-dollar portfolio of projects. This is a pivotal role in the organisation, ensuring the client’s requirements are serviced

As a business development manager responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing innovative business, product and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Achieving sales projections and establishing sales strategies.
- Weekly funnel sales reports & forecasting
- Account planning, opportunity management
- Working closely with key customers and suppliers to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Managing systems and procedures for controlling the performance of the business against budgets and forecasts
- Providing effective commercial and technical support to all customers.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about your work, deliver results and have excellent personal accountability and commitment.
Additionally, you will have:
- 5 years’ experience in electronic security
- High end security system knowledge
- Experience in Sale estimating / planning
- Proven lead generating ability.
- Sound working knowledge and a strong commitment to quality
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Brilliant at problem solving and ability to provide tailored solutions
