The Role:
  • Responsible for the sales performance of the Defence & Federal Government market segments , major product groups and development of new major clients. This includes all aspects of sales and marketing for the market segments and product groups in consultation with the sales manager.
  • Develop key relationships with customers to maximise account value and cross selling opportunities
  • Target new and potential customers to ensure the new business targets are met
  • Achieve KPI's and Sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service and customer retention
  • Experience with Type 1a Gallagher High Security Alarm Systems + other Electronic Security solutions (Access Control, CCTV, Intrustion Detection, Class 5 etc)


The Candidate:
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Electronic Security
  • Proven sales experience and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Experience working in the Defence/Federal Government vertical sector (preferred)
  • iSales CRM experience would be a bonus
  • Baseline or NV1 security clearance (Preferred) 
  • Defence Clearance or Ability to obtain and maintain (mandatory)
  • Experienced with High Security Alarm Systems (Type 1/Type 1a)
  • Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
  • ACT Security Licence (Mandatory)
