About the Role: We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager to take ownership of strategic growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding the company’s presence in existing markets while unlocking new sectors and strengthening long-term client relationships.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding the company’s presence in existing markets while unlocking new sectors and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key industry verticals
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with internal teams—including design, production, and QA—to deliver tailored packaging solutions
- Lead the sales process end-to-end: from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closing
- Track market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategy and stay ahead of emerging opportunities
- Represent the business at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Proven background in sales or business development within plastic packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors
- Technical understanding of thermoforming and/or blow moulding processes
- Industry exposure to food, beverage, personal care, healthcare, or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable managing your own pipeline, reporting, and forecasts
- Collaborative mindset, able to partner closely with technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction
