About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the business footprint in both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business across core industry sectors.
  • Nurture and expand existing client accounts to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including design, production, and quality assurance—to deliver customised packaging solutions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry expos, and professional networking events.
About You:
  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development, preferably within the plastic packaging or manufacturing space.
  • Solid technical knowledge of thermoforming and/or blow moulding processes.
  • Experience engaging clients in the food, beverage, healthcare, or FMCG markets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Comfortable working closely with internal technical and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
