What we're looking for:
- Experience within the mining sector, industrial, or technical sales.
- A demonstrable ability to manage technical sales cycles and project development within operating mining environments.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, project workflows, shutdown schedules, and site operational requirements.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and respond proactively to challenges.
- A current driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Western Australia.

- Identifying and securing opportunities connected to ongoing site upgrades, maintenance programs, and replacement cycles across various commodities.
- Building long-term relationships with engineering, operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to promote the adoption of our technologies.
- Developing and managing a robust project pipeline, including recurring service or product demand.
- Working with internal commercial and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment and support long-term revenue objectives.
- Providing product and system knowledge to customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing site standards, maintenance scopes, and technical specifications to propose suitable alternatives that improve reliability or reduce lifecycle costs.
- Supporting customer field trials, implementation activities, and troubleshooting when required.
- Coordinating with internal engineering and operational departments to deliver tailored solutions.
