We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager / Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships across the construction and modular building sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the modular construction and steel framing markets
- Manage and grow existing client relationships in the construction industry
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, bids, and tenders
- Liaise with project managers, builders, architects, and developers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client site visits
- Maintain and report on pipeline activity, sales performance, and market trends
- Proven experience in the construction sector
- Experience with modular construction/buildings, or steel framing is HIGHLY REQUIRED
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the project sales cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own sales pipeline
- Familiarity with construction procurement and tendering processes
- Base salary starting from $100K+, negotiable based on experience
