Austcorp Executive is partnering with a an ASX listed technology and industrial automation company who specialises in providing hardware and digital solutions to the tier one operators across Mining, Energy and Utilities sectors.
The role we are recruiting for is a Business Development Manager of Operational Technologies this person will manage existing accounts with EPCM clients as well as develop new business with prospective customers in WA, with a technical consultative approach.

The role we are recruiting for is a Business Development Manager of Operational Technologies this person will manage existing accounts with EPCM clients as well as develop new business with prospective customers in WA, with a technical consultative approach.
As the Business Development Manager of OT Solutions your tasks will include:
- Manage a full sales life-cycle with tier one EPCM's/End Users in the Mining, Energy and Utilities space for Western Australia.
- You will be expanding the portfolio with existing customers as well as developing new relationships predominantly across the state of Western Australia.
- Consult with client/customers on Operational Technology gaps you can identify across their processing plant infrastructure.
- Take technical sales briefs, by understanding the process, applications, instrumentation, hardware and software that is operating.
- There are already warm relationships, networks and accounts established - your task is to navigate to the key decision makers for Operational Technology and take a consultative sales engineering approach.
- A degree in Process Control, Computer Science, Control Systems or Electrical Engineering – highly desirable.
- A proven track record in Operational Technology and or/Industrial Automation from consulting, technical sales.
- Experience working with tier one clients for mining, oil and gas, utilities or technology/manufacturing.
- We need at least 4- 5 years post graduate industry experience minimum.
