This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong technical capability. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across both new equipment and specialised workshop repair/overhaul services.
What will you do?
- Drive sales growth for pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, EPCs, and end-users.
- Identify new business opportunities and support strategic expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Take a leadership role in growing the Brisbane operation into a mid-tier service centre.
- Experience with engineered pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial applications.
- Strong Queensland market contacts and proven external sales success.
- Industry background in Oil & Gas, Water or Chemical sectors.
- Solid technical knowledge; familiarity with API standards is a plus.
- Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
- Willingness to travel across Queensland.
- Full Australian working rights.
