About the Role 
This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong technical capability. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across both new equipment and specialised workshop repair/overhaul services.

What will you do?
  • Drive sales growth for pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, EPCs, and end-users.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support strategic expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Take a leadership role in growing the Brisbane operation into a mid-tier service centre.
What will you need?
  • Experience with engineered pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial applications.
  • Strong Queensland market contacts and proven external sales success.
  • Industry background in Oil & Gas, Water or Chemical sectors.
  • Solid technical knowledge; familiarity with API standards is a plus.
  • Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
  • Willingness to travel across Queensland.
  • Full Australian working rights.
