- Identify and research new healthcare customers across NSW
- Proactively prospect through drop-ins, calls, follow-ups and referrals
- Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
- Own onboarding and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless start
- Build long-term relationships and uncover upsell and expansion opportunities
- Manage your pipeline in CRM and report weekly on performance and activity
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
