They’re now adding a Business Development Manager in NSW to help open new doors, win new customers, and shape the next phase of their expansion.

�� The Portfolio (this is the good part) You’ll be responsible for a broad, highly sticky product range including:
  • High-usage medical consumables with repeat ordering built in
  • Essential equipment used across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
  • Smart, technology-backed solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes
These aren’t “nice-to-have” products.

They’re mission-critical, well-supported, and backed by a business that delivers what it promises.

  • Easier conversations with clinicians and decision-makers
  • Faster traction in new accounts

�� The Role: Proper Business Development This is a true BDM role, not a warm-account maintenance gig.

You’ll be trusted to:
  • Identify and research new healthcare customers across NSW
  • Proactively prospect through drop-ins, calls, follow-ups and referrals
  • Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Own onboarding and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless start
  • Build long-term relationships and uncover upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Manage your pipeline in CRM and report weekly on performance and activity
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
