We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to provide operational, project, and executive support within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. This role will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure seamless business operations and the delivery of strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to provide operational, project, and executive support within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. This role will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure seamless business operations and the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
- Support the implementation and tracking of strategic projects and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and compliance processes in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide Executive Assistant support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential document handling.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting effective communication and engagement.
- Coordinate team events, leadership offsites, and business meetings.
- Ensure smooth office operations, including onboarding new team members and managing office requirements.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business support, office management, project coordination, or EA role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to work.
