Care Manager – Residential Aged Care (120 Beds) | Regional NSW

RELOCATE TO BRYON BAY AREA

This role holds clinical and operational accountability for care delivery within a 120-bed residential aged care facility in regional NSW, close to Bryon Bay.

The Care Manager provides visible leadership to clinical and care teams, ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and drives consistent, high-quality resident outcomes. The position is supported on site by an additional Care Manager and a dedicated Quality Manager, enabling clear focus on leadership, oversight and continuous improvement rather than sole operational load.

Key requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.
• Proficiency in computer systems
• Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and AN-ACC processes.
• Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight) 
• A valid police check clearance.
• Full Australian Working rights - No sponsorship available
