Austcorp are currently seeking passionate and experienced Clinical Manager for a leading Aged Care provider located in Armidale, NSW.
This is a medium sized facility where you will be working alongside a highly experienced Facility Manager and a welcoming and friendly team – excellent support and a great team environment.
Role supported by rostering officer, 24/7 RNs and Care team, Leisure and lifestyle, educators and quality officers.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of quality clinical and person first care for all residents
- Work collaboratively with colleague to ensure coordination of ACFI assessments
- Mentor and lead a team
- All clinical care management – medication, wound care, clinical assessment etc
- Care planning and evaluation
- Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
- Ensure the facility is consistently meeting the aged care standards
Role Requirements
- Current and valid AHPRA Registration
- Strong leadership abilities
- Expert clinician and care planning capabilities
- Knowledge of ACFI
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
