We are looking for experienced Care Managers or Registered Nurse managers to join a medium sized Aged Care facility on a permanent basis.

The role offers excellent support from General Manager, 2 other Clinical Care Managers, regional ACFI, BA's and rostering, as well as strong clinical team. Monday - Friday hours, allowing for work life balance and to enjoy the beautiful coastal location, within a short distance to all amenities of Byron Bay.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of quality clinical and person first assessment for residents
- Oversee coordination of ACFI assessments alongside ACFI Coordinator
- Overseeing Medication management and strong clinical practice
- Care planning and evaluation
- Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
- A valid Australian working rights
- Strong previous experience in Aged Care OR in a Healthcare leadership role
- Knowledge of ACFI funding
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
