Key Responsibilities
- Ensures delivery of quality clinical and person first care for all residents
- Oversees end to end clinical care within the home
- To mentor and lead a team
- Overseeing Medication management
- Care planning and evaluation
- Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
- Ensure the facility is consistently meeting the aged care standards
Role Requirements
- Current and valid AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Clinical Manager
- Strong leadership abilities
- Expert clinician and care planning capabilities
- Knowledge of ACFI desirable
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
