The Role

Austcorp are currently seeking passionate and experienced Care Manager for a Medium sized Aged Care facility located in on the beautiful Gold Coast with relocation packages on offer if required!

The facility holds great internal structure, working alongside a highly experienced Facility Manager, another Clinical Managers as well as ACFI, Education and Quality support – excellent support and a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of quality clinical and person first care for all residents
• Oversees end to end clinical care within the home
• To mentor and lead a team
• Overseeing Medication management
• Care planning and evaluation
• Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
• Ensure the facility is consistently meeting the aged care standards

Role Requirements

• Current and valid AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Clinical Manager
• Strong leadership abilities
• Expert clinician and care planning capabilities
• Knowledge of ACFI desirable
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
