This is a small-medium sized facility where you will be working alongside a highly experienced Facility Manager and a welcoming and friendly team – excellent support and a great team environment.
To be successful you must hold a passion for aged care, a drive to succeed and have the ability to provide excellent leadership in a Clinical capacity.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality, person centered clinical care
- Ensure the facility remains a lovely place to be!
- Work closely with ACFI coordinator to advise and review ACFI packs
- To mentor and lead a team of Clinical and Non Clinical staff
- Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
- Ensure the facility is consistently meeting the aged care standards
Role Requirements
- Current and valid AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Clinical Manager
- Strong leadership abilities - remain approachable and able to provide direction to the team
- Expert clinician and care planning capabilities
- Knowledge of ACFI is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
