About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to continue the sales function. The organisation has changed certain sales processes and is looking for someone to continue and bring new idea's. The role will be hybrid with work from home and in the office.
In this role you will:
- Provide expert category analysis and recommendations across all areas mainly in the delivery of Sales & Marketing teams.
- Assemble and report on data relating to category performance, identifying improvement initiatives for your category.
- Facilitate measurement/calculations and maintain KPI measures for relevant vendors.
- Ensure successful delivery of goods across the organisation and on time to meet business needs.
- Cross collaborate with a number of different teams to ensure that the organizations agenda is on time.
- Develop strong relationship with suppliers and new suppliers to ensure the materials are best in quality to meet customers expectations.
- Degree Qualified in relevant fields highly desirable.
- Strong experience in category & sales principles and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Category Management required. Highly desirable in a Food manufacturing company.
- Managed supplier relationships.
- Exceptional Communication skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills, (Advanced Excel a must) CRM systems knowledge would be advantages.
