Job description

The Company:
This busy Not for Profit Facilities Management provider requires an experienced Cleaning Area Coordinator to assist with overseeing the cleaning teams for multiple metro and regional areas,
 
The Ideal Profile:
To be considered for this position, you will have had a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management position leading teams of cleaning staff and conducting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Support teams of 20+ cleaners across multiple sites
  • Facilitate training on processes, equipment and client needs
  • Rostering staff and Scheduling jobs
  • Ensure timesheets are in on time and are accurate
  • Tender support
  • Cleaner inductions and on boarding
  • Meet clients
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Invoicing
  • Stock management

Essential Criteria:
  • Provide strong staff coordination
  • Knowledge of chemical handling, strip and seal machine, carpet cleaning machine, pressure washers usage etc.
  • Hands on experience in cleaning windows, strip & seal, ablutions and deep (special) cleans is preferable
  • Good OHS knowledge and awareness
  • Good planning and time management skills to arrange your own workload and prioritise yours and the team's time
  • Strong computer skills (System RITEQ)
  • Valid Driver's Licence
