Our client is a well established, award winning facilities management service provider, looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee client services and engagement, working in conjunction with internal stakeholders to develop operational solutions.
The Role:
- Oversee the stakeholder engagement framework and developing solutions
- Strategic role overseeing contract health and performance
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are providing the right solutions for their needs
- Build strong stakeholder relationships based on trust and credibility
- Ensure the experience aligns both with the client and the contract manager
- Identify client goals/objectives, gaps or opportunities
- Support the development of solutions and ensure solutions are actioned by the operational teams and/or the business improvement manager
- Utilise tools and frameworks to work through the process
- Present to senior leadership team
- Market research to stay relevant and improve client retention, help on bids and growth opportunities
Key Skills to be a Success:
- Have dealt with blue chips or large companies or contracts
- Coming from a services background is ideal to understand the nature of services environment, relationships and contracts
- Collaborative with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level conversation skills
- Confidence
- Ability to analyse data and present it
- Ensure solutions are actioned
- Keeping trust and openness with the client throughout the improvement process
- Strategic level thinking and planning
