The Role
You will play a key role in leading clinical services, supporting operational performance, and ensuring residents receive safe, compliant and high-quality care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day clinical operations and care delivery
- Supporting and developing nursing and care teams through coaching and performance management
- Driving clinical governance, compliance, and quality standards
- Managing care planning, assessments, and case conferencing with families
- Overseeing medication management and clinical risk processes
- Reviewing incidents, complaints, and implementing improvement initiatives
- Supporting accreditation requirements and regulatory compliance
- Partnering with allied health professionals and external providers
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, community care, or acute settings
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning capability
- Experience with aged care standards, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Confident team leader with strong communication skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and service excellence
- Salary in region of $130k base + super and salary packaging
