As the Clinical Care Manager, you will work to deliver our clients Mission and Model of care, making a significant contribution to clinical care delivery within the Residential setting. You will operate within our philosophy and core values, ensuring services are tailored to individual residents' needs and delivered to maximise resident satisfaction.

With a clinical management structure of two clinical managers, you will oversee approx. 50 residents, supported by the Residential Manager, Residential Service Coordinator, and Specialist Dementia Centre Advisor.

Duties and responsibilities will included but not limited to 
  • Advise Managers, RNs, and Care Staff in clinical care delivery aligned with the model of care.
  • Provide education in clinical areas and processes, facilitating clinical care delivery by the Carer.
  • Support and investigate clinical/resident incidents as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • RN qualification and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with other staff.
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Experience managing financial performance.
  • Empathy, compassion, and patience.
