This facility is a medium sized home which offers fantastic support from a Regional manager, GM, strong clinical team, regional ACFI and educators, as well as BA and internal staff. 

Role Requirements

• Experience as a team manager, with at least 3 years experience within Aged Care
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• AHPRA registration and qualifications as an RN
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
• High level leadership capabilities
