We are looking for a Clinical Care Managers or experienced Registered Nurse Managers to join medium-large sized Aged Care Facilities on a permanent basis in the Ballina or Tweed Heads locations. 

The role offers excellent support from General Manager, other Clinical Care Managers, regional ACFI, BA's and rostering, as well as strong clinical team. Monday - Friday hours, allowing for work life balance and experience living in the Central Coast, NSW. 

This position would also be suitable for Registered Nurse Managers / Clinical Care Co-ordinators with strong clinical skills looking for a step up into Management positions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of quality clinical and person first assessment for residents
• Oversee coordination of ACFI assessments alongside ACFI Coordinator
• Overseeing Medication management and strong clinical practice
• Care planning and evaluation
• Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team

Role Requirements

• Valid Australian working rights
• Strong previous experience in Aged Care OR in a Healthcare leadership role
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of ACFI funding
• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
