AustCorp are currently seeking a passionate Clinical Care Manager for a leading Aged Care provider located in the regional QLD -2.5 hours outside of Brisbane.
This is a medium sized facility supported by a supportive and experienced Regional Manager, a non clinical General Manager and supportive 24/7 RNs and care team.
To be successful you must be a motivated and hands on clinician, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Overseeing Medication management and strong clinical practice

Role Requirements
- Experience as a Clinical Care Manager or experience as an RN in charge
- A valid Australian working rights
- Strong previous experience in Aged Care OR in a Healthcare leadership role
- Knowledge of ACFI funding
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
