Are you a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant ready to make a real impact in rural communities across Queensland? AustCorp are seeking skilled professionals to join our dedicated community health teams in contract roles located in regional and remote Queensland.
  
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), you will play a vital leadership and clinical support role, providing expert advice, care coordination, and consultancy in community health. These contract-based roles offer the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes in diverse rural populations.
  
Responsibilities
  
  • Deliver advanced clinical expertise in community and primary health care.
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing and allied health staff.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to community needs.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare providers, Indigenous health services, and public health teams.
  • Support chronic disease management, preventative health programs, and outreach services.
  
Requirements
  
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in community health or primary care.
  • ALS & Triage
  • Experience in acute or care settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to culturally safe and person-centred care.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to remote and rural environments.
