Austcorp are currently seeking strong and experienced Aged Care Manager to undertake the role of Clinical Services Manager for an Aged Care Facility in North-East Melbourne.
The facility is a large sized home that provides all levels of care, including some dementia specific.
The role requires a strong leader to take the reins and continue to align the facility with the organisations goals and leading the facility to successfully meet its financial, material and human resources targets including professional development.
This is a permanent opportunity, previous experience in Aged Care Consultancy or Senior Leadership is essential for this role.

Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Senior Manager / Consultant
- Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Process
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of ACFI processes
- Current and valid AHPRA registration
