CNC Operator / Machinist $75,000 – $85,000 + Overtime | Permanent

We’re seeking a CNC Operator / Machinist to join a well-established Perth furniture manufacturer delivering bespoke commercial fit-out projects.
This is a permanent, long-term role within a small, stable team. The position is available due to a long-serving employee relocating, and the business is keen to find someone who wants to stay and be part of the team.

The Role

• Operate CNC machinery (including Homag)
• Manufacture custom furniture and bespoke items
• Work with modern software and equipment
• Report to a supportive, hands-on manager

Hours

• Mon–Thurs: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Fri: 1:30pm finish
• Overtime available depending on project demand

About You

• CNC machining experience (furniture/cabinetry ideal)
• Reliable, practical, and down to earth
• Looking for long-term, permanent work
• Enjoys being part of a small team
