About the role
  
The Commercial Director (Community & Allied Health) is a critical member of the People Care Leadership Team.
The role is transformational to reform a business, by providing strategic and commercial leadership to make the business competitive in industry & profitable.
  
Requirements
  
  • 5 years+ experience in commercial and business reform
  • Related tertiary qualifications in Management and/or demonstrated competencies in that field.
  • Proven track record in meeting growth targets.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive high-level knowledge of the Health and Aged Care Sectors.
  • Expert skills in people management (5 direct reports) 
  • Communicational & business facing skills.
