Senior leadership role | Community & Support at Home services | Multi-site remit
An opportunity exists for a senior clinical leader to oversee and grow a large-scale community care and Support at Home service operating across multiple retirement living environments.
This role carries end-to-end accountability for care delivery, quality, governance, financial performance, and workforce leadership across independent living units, serviced apartments and broader retirement village settings.
The role
You will lead community-based care services nationally, working closely with residential care counterparts and village leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and commercially sustainable care delivery. The position sits at the intersection of clinical leadership, operational execution and service growth.

Key accountabilities include:
- Oversight of Support at Home and fee-for-service care operations across multiple sites
- Budget ownership, resource management, rostering efficiency, and financial performance
- Embedding quality, risk, and governance frameworks aligned to aged care legislation
- Driving service growth, utilisation and new care initiatives
- Leading and developing large, multidisciplinary teams
- Managing audits, SIRS, complaints and regulatory engagement
- Partnering with village leaders, allied health providers, and external stakeholders
- Supporting the rollout of aged care reforms and strengthened quality standards
- Ensuring systems such as care management platforms are embedded and used effectively
About you
You are an experienced nursing leader with a strong background in community and aged care operations. You are commercially literate, decisive and comfortable balancing resident choice, clinical risk and business performance.
You will bring:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Significant post-graduate experience in aged care and/or community care
- Proven leadership of large teams across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of aged care funding, Support at Home requirements and quality standards
- Demonstrated experience in operational change, service growth and reform implementation
- Confidence operating in complex environments involving residents, families, regulators and senior leaders
- Sound budgeting and financial management capability
- Willingness to travel as required
