Austcorp Executive are partnering with an Australian owned transport and freight company working closely with the mining and bulk haulage industries in WA. 

The team are looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join the Compliance Team to ensure all works and procedures are compliant with statuary requirements. Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will utilize their modern transport management programs to maintain and manage compliance standards.  

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring statutory requirements and compliance with the WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) scheme
• Fatigue Management monitoring and creation/improvements upon current systems.
• Conduct regular audits compliance systems, including but not limited to over speeding events and telematics discipline monitoring
• Conduct regular audits of employees and subcontractor compliance, including but not limited to, licence checks, medical renewals, and site inductions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 + Years working in a similar position
• Experience with Microsoft Excel / MT Data 
• Understanding of WAHVA scheme and Heavy Vehicle Fatigue Laws
• C - Class License 
• Experience working in the Logistics and Transport industry
