Base Criteria

You will ideally hold a Construction Management degree and 10 years’ experience across government sector projects.
  
Outline Duties
  
Providing a hands-on Construction Management role across government sector projects, with experience including identifying project opportunities on Government Tender Portals, Attending briefings, Estimate / Price Up Bids and formulate Tender Responses. Handle Tender Clarification Questions and Presentations and upon winning mobilise and oversee delivery.
  
Skills and Attributes 

• Australian Citizen (ideally with an NV1 / NV2)
• Construction Management degree.
• Strong estimating, bid writing, and tender presentation skills.
• 10+ years Government Construction Project experience (ideally Federal Government or Defence), with project values to $15M.
• Engaging personality and strong presentation skills.
