A Senior Construction Fit-out Manager with 5+ years Defence experience; to identify tender opportunities, prepare cost estimates and bids, and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects valued up to $20M.

Handle Tender Clarification Questions and Presentations. Upon winning then mobilise and oversee delivery.

Skills and Attributes
- Australian Citizen (NV1 / NV2 required)
- Construction Trade or Construction / Engineering Management degree.
- Strong estimating, bid writing, and tender presentation skills.
- Proven experience working on Defence Base / Infrastructure projects (ideally $2-$20 million)
- 10+ years Defence Construction Project experience with an understanding of Defence processes and compliance.
- Engaging personality and strong presentation skills.
