As a result of continuous market growth, we are actively seeking aspiring or experienced recruitment consultants to join our Engineering and Trades & Labour Divisions.
 
As a consultant you will be focusing on the following:

• Generating and qualifying strong candidate profiles to support recruitment projects end-to-end – via phone screening, face to face interviews or through digital platforms.
• Conduct marketing research to identify trends, patterns, and areas of business opportunity – this market intelligence will play a key role in your continued success.
• Assist in planning, coordination and implementation of human resource planning, job deployment and talent management activities to support the business.
• Take responsibility by building and maintaining strong communication channels with candidates and clients.
• Build your knowledge around project delivery to better understand human resource requirements.
• Project administration duties, data entry and consistent phone time developing and maintaining business relationships.

A little bit about you:

• Ideally you have customer service/sales/administration experience in a technical environment.
• This position would be great for a university graduate looking to understand and develop business skills across a corporate landscape.
• Must have strong computer literacy skills – Microsoft suite, writing content and communicating professionally through phone and email channels etc.
• You are a goal driven individual who sets high standards and has a relentless mindset to achieve them.
• Ideally exposure any engineering or trades and labour operations.
