Company

A medium sized Building services contractor based in Sydney with a reputable name in the industry. Covering all areas of Install, maintenance and commissioning across Commercial, retail and Educational projects. They are on the look out for a Contract Administrator to work across all of their divisions (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire

Requirements:
  • Min 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator 
  • At least 1-2 years experience across any of the 4 disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing)
  • Solid building code knowledge (BCA) and Australian standards.
  • Microsoft Suite, Procore, Bluebeam and/or Revit experience preferable. 
  • ability to work autonomously
  • Proven experience within commercial and residential projects up to $10M
  • Experience in Scope of works, tenders submissions, subcontractor directions, labour and plant costs across Tier 1 & 2 building sites.
