Contract Administrator – Brisbane
$100,000–$120,000 + Super | Full-Time | Office-Based
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established national contractor delivering industrial and commercial projects across Australia.
Based in Brisbane, this is a fully office-based role offering a salary package of $100,000–$120,000 + super.
The Role
Working closely with senior commercial leadership and project teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and effectively administered throughout the project lifecycle.
A key requirement for this position is proven experience dealing with, or having strong exposure to, commercial contracts within a construction or project delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
Contracts & Commercial
- Drafting, reviewing, and administering subcontract agreements
- Managing contract compliance, milestones, and deliverables
- Assessing and preparing contract variations
- Supporting negotiations and resolving contractual issues
- Assisting with program alignment and scheduling awareness
- Supporting scope management and change control
- Monitoring budgets and driving cost control
- Preparing forecasts and financial reporting
- Assisting with project financial close-outs
- Liaising with project managers, finance teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Reviewing and processing progress claims
- Ensuring documentation meets legal, quality, and safety requirements
