A strong, skilled and stakeholder-orientated Contract Manager to lead a key electrical contract supporting multiple sites across the Perth Metro Region.

Outline Duties
Performing a lead role ensuring ongoing supply of electrical maintenance, minor works and repairs to a key client across multiple locations from the CBD to the Greater Perth region.
Lead, drive, support and coordinate staff (including contractors) undertaking work within a portfolio of client premises.

Skills and Attributes
- Contract / Account or Service Management experience within a recognised Electrical Service Provider, running contracts between $5 million and $10 million.
- Strong experience in managing a team of 20+ electricians and trades staff.
- Strong Commercial skills, with good staff coordination skills to ensure effective scheduling to deliver to Contract KPI’s.
- An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and strategic plans and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
- Engaging personality and strong presentation skills, who can lead effective weekly client meetings
- A strong manager who can engage fully with frontline staff (direct and contract), undertake walk-rounds, yet provide strategic direction and head-office support and stakeholder engagement.
- Encouraging people development initiatives, diversity programmes, commitment to safe working practices and enhancing specialisms within the portfolio.
