Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontractor agreements
  • Handle project documentation, variations, and claims
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Develop and improve processes for contract management
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong experience as a Contracts Administrator in fit-outs or new builds
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, variations, and project documentation
  • Able to take ownership, work independently, and influence processes
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
