Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries
- Process orders accurately and provide order status updates
- Prepare and issue quotes
- Manage a high-volume email inbox professionally and efficiently
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch
- Support the sales team with administration and customer follow-ups
- A strong communicator with a genuine desire to help others
- Proven customer service or internal sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage a high volume of calls and emails
- Experience preparing quotes and using CRM systems
- Confident with intermediate-level computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Monday to Friday role – no weekend work
