Role/Key responsibilities:
This role is crucial in managing the customer journey from deposit through to handover, ensuring outstanding service and seamless communication throughout the build process. You will coordinate all customer-related activities and support operational teams to deliver homes on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- Maintain and update customer files with accurate documentation and records
- Provide regular communication to clients, offering timely updates and addressing inquiries throughout the build
- Coordinate permit applications, contract drawings, warranty insurance, and finance approvals
- Track all customer notes, deadlines, and project milestones daily in the company system
- Prepare status reports, schedules, and forecasts for internal meetings and management
- Support tender preparation and contract document administration alongside sales and estimating teams
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service coordination or administration, preferably within residential construction or a similar industry
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-centric approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
