The Company:
My client is a global distributor, well respected in the industry. They now seek the assistance of an experienced customer service professional for their thriving Melbourne office location. The role requires a highly committed individual, with excellent attention to detail.

The Role:
  • Daily tasks would include assisting customers service with new enquiries
  • Keying orders in system and making sure there is enough stock to serve the customers
  • Working with Account Managers to service the client base in their sector
  • Follow up calls to customers to ensure products & services are meeting customers’ needs
  • Maintaining all data on company CRM
  • Solving complex problems, whist building and maintain relationship with client base
  
The Candidate:
  • Must have previous customer service background. This is not a call center role; the functions are very complex and require a very driven and organised professional
  • Candidates that currently work in a customer service role, with a distributor company, will be of high regard
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills including a pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Career driven with a passion to move into sales
  • Must be a Permanent resident
  • Ability to manage and prioritise deadlines
  • Resilience, self-motivated and willingness to learn
