About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual eager to begin their career in customer service. As the first point of contact, you’ll provide exceptional support to customers while learning the ins and outs of the business. Perfect for school leavers or those just starting out, with full on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Respond to product enquiries and prepare quotes
• Process customer orders and coordinate transport logistics
• Ensure freight details, lead times and pricing are managed accurately
• Complete all associated paperwork in a timely and professional manner

Skills & Experience

• Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic to intermediate computer and data entry skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
