Overview:
To provide professional customer service and support to the sales team within the Retail Food Service Division of the business. Also leading the team to complete all tasks.

- Leading the team and supporting them when needed
- Managing inbound & outbound calls regarding product inquiries
- Following up with various departments and sales team to ensure accurate orders are executed
- Ensuring all databases are updated accordingly
- Emailing & Data entry
- Previous experience in a call centre environment leading a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team Player
- Analytical skills
- Organized
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in the food or beverage industry
