Role
In your new role you will be responsible for scheduling Service Technicians to repair and maintain the company’s products. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include but are not limited to –
- Provide admin support across the teams
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries
- Process orders as required
- Logistics
- Data entry
About you
- Previous experience within a Customer Service or Office Admin role
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
