THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Growth Operations Manager to join the team and lead the establishment and operation of marketing automation capability within the business, along with owning the selection, deployment, and integration of other MarTech stack components as required to meet business goals.
It also Includes:
  • Business to Business Lead Generation.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Establish technology platform and strategy from the tart.
You will play a key role in driving the success and efficiency of our digital marketing initiatives. This position involves overseeing the operational aspects of our digital growth strategies, focusing on enhancing processes, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams. Sales, marketing, lead generation, per-sales.  
THE CANDIDATE
 
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and technology, along with excellent organisational and leadership skills. If you are an up and coming digital growth professional with Pardot experience we would like to talk with you. 

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the successful candidate will be supported by the broader technology team within our clients team structure and have experience establishing and operating a marketing technology stack and experience defining and executing nurture and lead generation strategies.

Own and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers directly related to the product portfolio.  Establish and maintain messaging related product road-maps to ensure products and services meet market requirements.  Very flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from the office or from home as and when required.

  • 5 years experience & knowledge with Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Account Engagement, Pardot is a definite advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in marketing technology stack and the selection, implementation, and integration of MarTech technologies.
  • 3-5 years strong technical skills allowing you to be fully self-sufficient executing campaigns if required. Hands on experience building emails and landing pages with knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Proven experience executing email marketing and social media campaigns, including paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Client facing skill set and ability to represent the business
  • Experience in lead management, database best practices and campaign performance management campaigns.
  • Measure, report and present on the performance of marketing automation campaigns. (Salesforce Reports, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform (Sales Cloud) and the connection between Account Engagement would be advantageous.
  • Ability to train and mentor other members of the Digital team in marketing automation strategies.
  • Excellent documentation ability and able to crest content for marketing purposes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across both technical and business stakeholders.
