Our Client – Leading Commercial Equipment Specialist

Our client, a well-established company servicing the commercial hospitality and facilities sector, is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their Sydney team.

This position focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial dishwashers and related kitchen equipment across a range of sites including hotels, restaurants, and large commercial buildings.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for providing prompt and professional service to clients, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime of essential kitchen equipment. The role offers a mix of field service work and customer interaction, ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain commercial dishwashers and related kitchen systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide clear service updates
• Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times

Skills & Experience:

• Current Restricted Electrical Licence (mandatory)
• Previous experience servicing commercial dishwashers or kitchen appliances (highly regarded)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service focus
• Current driver’s licence and ability to work independently across the Sydney metro area
