Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Produce accurate technical drawings throughout the sales and pre-construction process
• Ensure drawings comply with council, State Environmental Planning Policies, NCC, Australian Standards, and company requirements
• Review and mark up plans for compliance and accuracy
• Ensure all variations are documented, charged, and reflected in systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including drafting, estimating, construction, permits, and sales
• Liaise with external consultants such as structural engineers, surveyors, and hydraulic engineers
• Provide technical advice and support across the business to ensure adherence to specifications and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications in building design, architectural technology, or equivalent
• Residential drafting experience (intermediate to advanced) using Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and State Environmental Planning Policies
• Experience working in residential construction or project home environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants professionally
