Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Produce accurate technical drawings throughout the sales and pre-construction process
- Ensure drawings comply with council, State Environmental Planning Policies, NCC, Australian Standards, and company requirements
- Review and mark up plans for compliance and accuracy
- Ensure all variations are documented, charged, and reflected in systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including drafting, estimating, construction, permits, and sales
- Liaise with external consultants such as structural engineers, surveyors, and hydraulic engineers
- Provide technical advice and support across the business to ensure adherence to specifications and regulations
- Qualifications in building design, architectural technology, or equivalent
- Residential drafting experience (intermediate to advanced) using Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and State Environmental Planning Policies
- Experience working in residential construction or project home environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants professionally
